Christina balances deep insight with strategic action to get to the heart of the issue and guide you toward your goals.

My story

Over the past 20 years, I've had the privilege of supporting hundreds of leaders through the defining moments of their careers and lives.

I've helped people stretch into bigger roles, navigate uncertainty, build engaged teams, make courageous career decisions, and discover a way of leading that's authentic to who they are.

That's the work I love.

I believe leadership is an inside job.
The way we lead others is shaped by how we lead ourselves.

Before becoming a coach, I was a lawyer and human rights advocate. This work took me from Aboriginal communities in Northern Australia to the Peruvian Andes and eventually brought me to the US. I cared deeply about the work, but I found myself increasingly fascinated by the people behind the problems.

Why do some people grow through adversity while others stay stuck? What helps people amplify their impact in meaningful ways? How do they create lasting change—in themselves, in their relationships, and in the world?

At the same time, I was beginning to recognize a hard truth about myself.

Like many of the leaders I coach today, I had fallen into the trap of believing I had to constantly do more, be more, prove more. I struggled with perfectionism and self-doubt, trying to be everything to everyone. From the outside, I looked successful. But the way I was working—and living—wasn't sustainable.

Eventually, my body let me know something had to change.

It was after one of those wake-up calls that I took my first coach training. For the first time, I found a way to bring together my strategic, analytical mind with my deep curiosity about people, relationships, and human potential.

I haven't looked back.

Over the past two decades, I've had the opportunity to coach and develop leaders across startups, Fortune 100 companies, nonprofits, government, and mission-driven organizations. Along the way, I've built and led global coaching communities, designed leadership development programs, and supported everyone from first-time managers to senior executives.

Today, in addition to 1:1 coaching, I facilitate the renowned Interpersonal Dynamics course at the Stanford Graduate School of Business and design bespoke leadership coaching programs for Women in Product and other organizations committed to developing exceptional leaders.

While I coach leaders across industries and career stages, I have a particular expertise and passion for helping women lead with greater confidence, authenticity, and influence.

At the heart of everything I do is a simple belief: effective leadership isn't about becoming someone else. It's about becoming more fully yourself—and having the courage to lead and live from that place.

Beyond Work

I grew up on the small island of Tasmania, Australia, and I've been exploring ever since—across countries, cultures, and the inner landscape of human growth.

Today, Northern California is home, where you might find me hiking in the hills, by the ocean, spending time with my two teenagers, or planning my next adventure.

I'm endlessly curious and believe that some of life's biggest breakthroughs begin with a thoughtful question.

If my story resonates with you, I'd love to hear yours.
