Christina is a certified professional coach, mediator, and facilitator with two decades and over 20,000 hours of experience coaching and developing leaders at all levels. A former attorney and human rights advocate, Christina has spent the last twenty years empowering and supporting people to set the course of their own lives. Her professional experience spans law, leadership development, fundraising, executive coaching, and facilitation.
She has coached hundreds of leaders to success - from startups, global corporations, small business owners, nonprofits, and government departments. She is known for her ability to facilitate profound and rapid transformation in how leaders show up for their teams, organizations and in their lives. She develops and leads group coaching programs for women Executives in the tech industry, most recently working in partnership with Women in Product to develop interactive leadership development programs.
Christina has extensive expertise and deep passion for women's leadership and career development. She viscerally understands the challenges faced by women - externally and internally - as they navigate their career and life journeys, juggling multiple priorities and roles.
Christina earned degrees in Law and Politics from Monash University in Australia. She’s also been a longtime student and practitioner of yoga and mindfulness. She is certified as a Personal and Professional Coach by the Coaches Training Institute and is a member of the International Coaches’ Federation. She has additional training in Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Family and Business Mediation, the Enneagram, and Transformational Leadership Coaching.
Originally from Tasmania, Australia, Christina now calls Northern California home - and when not coaching she can be found hiking in the redwoods, catching a yoga class or hanging out with her amazing teenagers (when they allow it).
