My Work

I’m an executive coach with over 20 years of experience helping leaders grow with clarity, courage, and purpose — in work and in life. I support high-impact individuals at every level: first-time managers, startup founders, senior executives, and leaders at Fortune 100 companies.

My approach blends grounded presence with strategic clarity. I help leaders unlock deeper self-trust, lead with authenticity, and create a ripple effect that transforms their teams and organizations.

I’m especially passionate about coaching women, underrepresented leaders, and quiet achievers to lead with more voice, visibility, and impact — without compromising who they are.

My Background

​

Before coaching, I worked as a lawyer and human rights advocate. That foundation sharpened my ability to hold space for complexity, ask catalytic questions, and champion change. My path eventually led me to build and lead the executive coaching department at Torch, a leading leadership development platform. There, I scaled our coach network from 18 to over 600 professionals across 30+ countries and set the vision for quality, methodology, and coach development at scale.

Along the way, I’ve also trained and mentored hundreds of coaches, and designed transformative leadership programs used across industries — from tech startups to global enterprises.

I grew up on the little island of Tasmania, Australia, and have been exploring ever since — both the world and the inner landscape of growth. These days, I live in Northern California with my two amazing teens. I'm endlessly curious, always learning (hello, hot pilates!), and love solving problems in new ways.
