My story

Over the past 20 years, I've had the privilege of supporting hundreds of leaders through the defining moments of their careers and lives.

I've helped people stretch into bigger roles, navigate uncertainty, rebuild their confidence after setbacks, make courageous career decisions, and discover a way of leading that's authentic to who they are.

I've come to believe that leadership evolves as we do. As we deepen our self-awareness, strengthen our presence, build authentic relationships, and develop the core skills of leadership, we expand our capacity to make a meaningful impact.

That's the work I love.

Before becoming a coach, I was a lawyer and human rights advocate. This work took me from Aboriginal communities in Northern Australia to the Peruvian Andes and eventually brought me to the US. I cared deeply about the work, but I found myself increasingly fascinated by the people behind the problems. Why do some people grow through adversity while others stay stuck? What helps people amplify their impact in meaningful ways? How do they create lasting change—in themselves, in their relationships, and in the world?

At the same time, I was beginning to recognize a hard truth about myself.

Like many of the leaders I coach today, I had fallen into the trap of believing I had to constantly do more, be more, prove more. I struggled with perfectionism and self-doubt - trying to be the perfect parent and the perfect business leader. I was successful on the outside, but the way I was working—and living—wasn't sustainable.

Eventually, my body let me know something had to change.

It was after one of those wake-up calls that I took my first coach training in 2004. For the first time, I found a way to leverage both my strategic, analytical mind and my deep curiosity about people, relationships, and human potential.

I haven't looked back.

Over the past two decades, I've had the opportunity to coach and develop leaders and teams across startups, Fortune 100 companies, nonprofits, government, and mission-driven organizations. Along the way, I've built and led global coaching communities, designed leadership development programs for brand new managers through to executive teams and under-represented leaders.

In addition to 1:1 coaching, I facilitate the renowned Interpersonal Dynamics course at the Stanford Graduate School of Business, and develop bespoke leadership coaching programs for Women in Product and other organizations committed to growing conscious and effective leaders.

The thread running through all of my work is a deep belief in human growth and potential - and a commitment to helping rising and seasoned leaders amplify their impact.

Beyond Work

I grew up on the small island of Tasmania, Australia, and I have been exploring ever since—both the world and the inner landscape of human growth. I feel incredibly grateful to be able to do the work I do... and for the inspiring people I get to meet along the way.

Today I live in Northern California where you might find me hiking in the hills, at the ocean, hanging out with my two teens or planning my next adventure. As a lifelong learner, I'm endlessly curious and believe that some of life's biggest breakthroughs begin with a thoughtful question.

If my story resonates with you, I'd love to hear yours.
