Wellness and Balance

I believe that our work should be an extension of our values, purpose, and strengths. And it should nourish the bigger picture of the life you want to live.

But achieving that balance is hard. With the fast pace of life, economic pressures, juggling family commitments, and being constantly and instantly contactable through all kinds of media...it's no wonder so many people suffer from stress and burn out. 

I'm committed to helping my clients thrive not only professionally but in all aspects of their lives. Because without our health, and quality relationships, "crushing it" at work can only get us so far. In my own personal journey I've experienced workaholism and burnout - and couldn't use a computer for a couple of years due to almost permanent nerve damage in my arms from stress and overwork. Then I became a working mother and realized I couldn't afford to keep pushing myself to perform with the sheer force of my will.  Things were starting to break down... 

Since then I've been on a quest to make sure I - and my clients - prioritize self care, healthy boundaries and our own ingredients for a life well lived. I believe that if we are all doing this, the positive benefits will ripple out to our workplaces, our families, our communities, and the planet.
