Career & Life Balance

I believe...

Work should be an extension of your values, purpose, and strengths. And it should nourish the bigger picture of the life you want to live.

I believe...

Success is more than a title, money, recognition, a big house or a promotion.  Success is how fulfilled you feel at the end of the day. It's how much you've lived in alignment with your values, purpose and priorities. It's how you show up. How you want to be remembered, and the legacy you want to leave. It's different for every one of us

I'm committed to...

You having the success and impact you want, without sacrificing your health, wellbeing and ability to be present with and for the ones you love.

This may sound hard. (Because it is!). And it's even harder to do alone. I've learned from painful experience what it is to burn out, sacrifice myself on the altar of work, leak energy and productivity through unclear priorities and bad boundaries. Let me support you to make better choices, to live according to your own definition of success. To not get to some point years down the track where you wonder where your life went.

It starts with a choice.

You've got this!
