About me

I’m Christina — a certified professional coach, mediator, and facilitator with over 20 years of experience and more than 20,000 coaching hours devoted to helping leaders and teams thrive. I’ve had the privilege of coaching hundreds of leaders and individuals - across startups, global corporations, nonprofits, and government departments - to build fulfilling and impactful careers and lives.

My career journey began as an attorney and human rights advocate, which gave me a deep appreciation for diverse perspectives and a holistic approach to growth.  My path led me to nonprofit fundraising and ultimately, to finding coaching in 2004 when I took my first course at the Coaches Training Institute. This passion for coaching and facilitating growth led me to join Torch, an innovative leadership development platform, at the invitation of their CEO, where I built and led the executive coaching department.

Over the years, I've cultivated a deep expertise in women's leadership and career development - and a passion for empowering women to navigate their careers with clarity and confidence. As a parent, leader, and business owner, I know firsthand the challenges of balancing a demanding career with family life while trying to stay healthy and grounded. I’m here to help others navigate those challenges and thrive.

In addition to coaching, I lead workshops on leadership and communication, mentor coaches and facilitators, and speak on topics connected to women’s leadership and career development. I'm a trusted advisor to executive teams, founders, department leaders, and business owners across industries. ​I care deeply about bringing balance, connection, and vitality to the workplace - and helping people maximize impact while leading from a place of alignment with their values, strengths and purpose.

Originally from Tasmania, Australia, I now live in Northern California. When I’m not coaching or training, you’ll likely find me hiking in the redwoods, tackling a hot Pilates class, coaxing my plants to thrive, playing my little yellow ukulele (a newfound love!), or spending time with my two incredible teenagers.
